Join a fast-scaling, tech-enabled adaptable corporate living operator disrupting the serviced apartment and hotel / corporate accommodation space.
Genuine hunter role. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through RFP, negotiation and close.
Tier one accounts worth $1M+ in annual spend. Sales cycles of 3 to 12 months across procurement, travel, HR and finance stakeholders.
Ground-floor opportunity in a full commercial rebuild, backed by newly appointed global commercial leadership.
Sydney or Melbourne based, with competitive base salary plus performance incentives.
The Company You'll Join
This business is on a mission to redefine accommodation for the modern corporate traveller - and they're well on their way. They specialise in serviced apartments and boutique hotels that serve the full spectrum of modern travel - from extended corporate stays and relocation through to short breaks and leisure stays. Design-led, digitally enabled, and backed by best-in-class service and technology, they're setting a new standard for how people live and travel for work - disrupting the serviced apartment and hotel / corporate housing space across APAC and Europe in the process.
Their proposition sits in a sweet spot the big players can't match: 30% more space than a hotel, more style and consistency than a traditional serviced apartment, and more reliability than an Airbnb, all backed by hotel-grade 24/7 support. Founded in Sydney in ****, they've grown to more than 1,000 apartments across 10 major cities globally, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Auckland, Dublin and London.
They serve the contracted corporate travel market at scale - winning enterprise, government, insurance and SME accounts that need high-quality, flexible accommodation for projects, relocations and extended stays.
Technology runs through everything. Guests check in online,

access apartments via keyless entry and get support around the clock, with no front desk required. That means the business can scale across markets and asset types in a way traditional operators simply can't.
The business is in a significant growth phase and has just appointed new global commercial leadership to rebuild and scale the sales function from the ground up. That rebuild is exactly why this opportunity exists: they're investing in experienced, high-calibre salespeople who can take a proven model and run with it.
You'll join a no-egos, collaborative culture built around curiosity, courage and empathy, where the team genuinely serves three stakeholders in every decision: the guest, the colleague and the owner.
The Impact You'll Make
This is a genuine hunter role. Your mandate is to find, pursue and close new corporate accounts, not wait for leads to arrive.
You'll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, site inspections, proposals, RFP responses, commercial negotiation and close, before handing new clients to the Account Management team with a structured, warm handover.
You'll target verticals with recurring accommodation needs, including professional services, resources, government, tech and financial services, with tier one accounts representing $1M+ in annual spend.
These are strategic, multi-stakeholder sales. You'll navigate corporate travel managers, procurement leads, HR business partners and finance stakeholders across 3 to 12 month buying cycles.

You'll also build TMC relationships and preferred supplier programmes, opening channel opportunities that can generate deals across dozens of enterprise clients.
You'll be backed by Revenue Management on pricing, Marketing on campaigns and enablement, and a business investing heavily in CRM infrastructure and sales operations to help you succeed.
Beyond the role itself, you'll enjoy flexible hybrid working from pet-friendly offices, regular social events, a real focus on well-being, genuine investment in your professional development, and the chance to take your career global, with teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.
The Experience You'll Bring
3-5+ years' experience winning new corporate accounts - ideally in corporate accommodation / hospitality, corporate travel or an adjacent enterprise B2B space.
Industry experience is the preference, but not the prerequisite. Strong enterprise hunters from adjacent sectors like travel technology, hospitality tech, SaaS, relocation or corporate services who understand the hustle will be seriously considered.
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes with 3 to 12 month cycles, including RFPs, tenders and procurement-led negotiations is a must - you understand enterprise pipeline management: building 3x top of funnel, progressing deals through a structured sales cycle and closing consistently, quarter after quarter.
Culturally, you bring zero ego, genuine curiosity and a "we-over-I mindset" - you're resilient, self-directed and don't need to be chased for activity.
If you're looking for a role where your contribution is visible and your growth is taken seriously, this could be for you. On offer is a competitive base salary plus performance incentives, and the chance to build something from the ground up in a business on a steep growth trajectory.
