About the role
In this position, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives that contribute to the redevelopment of the Ballarat Base Hospital. Collaborating with Digital Health teams, project stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, you will manage ICT work packages throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring operational readiness and successful commissioning.

What you'll do
Direct the planning and execution of ICT work packages for the hospital redevelopment project.
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise during implementation.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.




A minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management.
Proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with healthcare IT systems and technologies.
Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of ICT infrastructure and systems relevant to healthcare.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical information effectively.
