Job Overview
Position Summary
We are seeking a Full Time Trade Assistant, reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader and Operations Manager to assist our fabrication
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Read blueprints and engineering drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
Completing Cutting Lists and preparation of materials for fabrication
Building of sub-components to support fabrication team
Basic Pressure Testing
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Work within a fabrication team and take direction from team leader as required

Qualifications
Holds current drivers licence and can drive a manual (Desirable)
Holds a current forklift licence (Desirable)
Punctual, reliable and hardworking
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proven history within a logistics/warehouse environment will be highly regarded
