high-impact government recruitment project
and are looking for motivated administrators to join the team.

Pay: $50 per hour + Super | Duration: 2-month contract | Start date July 13th ****
Hours: Monday–Friday, Approximately 38 hrs per week. Australian Citizenship required.
What you will be required to do:
This role sits within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment project where you will play a critical part in supporting candidate shortlisting, assessment, and administrative delivery. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team to ensure the smooth progression of candidates through the recruitment process.
Supporting high-volume candidate shortlisting and assessment
Reviewing applications against specific criteria with a critical and analytical mindset
Managing and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
Performing a range of project-based administrative tasks
Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines and project milestones
To be successful in the role you will:
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working across multiple systems and platforms (e.g. Word, Excel, CRM databases)
Demonstrated ability to assess information critically and make sound judgments
Comfortable working in high-volume, quick-paced environments
A strong team player who is proactive, adaptable, and able to take direction quickly
Previous recruitment or similar experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
Exposure to high-volume or government recruitment environments (highly regarded, but not essential)
Preferably located in Sydney - with some flexibility for hybrid/remote arrangements
Australian Citizenship is essential
Must be available for the entire project duration (13 July – 11 September)
