ndustrial Services Operator (HR Licence) – WA Projects & Metro Services
Location: Kwinana / Rockingham, WA
Duration: 3-month assignment with the potential for ongoing work and permanent opportunities.
We are currently seeking 5 Industrial Services Operators with a HR (Heavy Rigid) License to join our team, supporting a variety of metro and regional industrial service projects across Western Australia.
This is a hands-on role suited to reliable and safety-focused operators who enjoy a diverse work environment.
While the role is primarily Monday to Friday, you must be available to work weekends, night shifts, and travel for shutdown work when required.
What youll be doing
Operating HR vehicles and industrial service equipment.
Assisting with industrial cleaning and maintenance services across various sites.
Working on metro projects and regional shutdowns as required.
Following all site safety procedures and company policies.
Completing physically demanding work in a team environment.

About you
Essential
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence.




Australian Citizenship (required due to Defence-related contracts).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and away from home when required.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Highly Desirable
Candidates with the following tickets will be highly regarded:
White Card.
Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years).
Confined Space Entry (completed within the last 2 years).

Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful completion of a pre-employment medical.
Completion of Cleanaway online inductions prior to commencement (certificate required on arrival).
Required PPE
Long sleeve work shirt.
Long drill work pants.
High-visibility shirt or vest.
Steel cap boots.
Hard hat.
