The Role & What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainer & Assessor at Wils Training you will:
Develop, Plan, and deliver engaging, outcome-focused training across multiple NSW locations
Assess and evaluate participant performance, providing actionable feedback to support growth
Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO Compliance requirements
Maintain accurate, up to date training records and documentation
Stay current with industry developments, innovations and best practises
Travel to training sites as needed, including periods away from home

Courses You Might Deliver
SafeWork NSW Traffic Control (TCR, IMP & PWZ)
SafeWork NSW White Card (CPCWHS****)
High Risk Work place (HRW) Licences: (TLILIC****), EWP (TLILIC****)
What We're Looking For & Requirements
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Relevant licences / Certifications: SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Cards, Forklift, Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), Working at Heights, First Aid etc.
Proven experience delivering training in construction / earthmoving or related industries
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - you can engage and motivate learners
Rigorous attention to safety, quality and compliance
Valid NSW Driver's License and Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
