The Role:
Our Bound store is more than just a café, it's a place for travellers to pause, enjoy quality coffee and light meals, and feel refreshed on their journey.
Alongside the café, the store offers a diverse retail experience, from the latest good reads and news to travel essentials, tech accessories, and even local gins and spirits.
We're looking for energetic Full-Time Café Team Members to join our vibrant Bound Café at Brisbane Airport.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused workplace, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes - this is your runway to something exciting!
*Comfortable for afternoon/evening shifts e.g 1:30PM to 9:30PM roster
What You'll Do
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly
Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
Keep the café sparkling and service standards sky-high
Help travellers feel right at home - no matter how early or late the hour!
What We're Looking For
Experience in a café or customer service role (bonus if you've worked with food & coffee!)
Valid RSA
Food Safety Certificate
Well-groomed & professionally presented
A positive,



"can-do" attitude and love for customer interaction
Reliable motor vehicle to the airport
Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
