The Role
Reporting directly to the Outlets Manager, this position will hold ultimate responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel's bar outlets - Pearls Bar and Oasis Pool Bar.
In the hands-on leadership role, your passion for delivering exceptional service and natural ability to build strong rapport with guests will inspire the F&B; team to create memorable experiences that delight our guests, every time.
Requirements
An energetic, enthusiastic passion for the Hospitality Industry
Previous supervisory experience in a similar 5-star environment preferred
Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
Anticipate and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional manner
Solid bar experience and wine knowledge
Previous Barista and Cocktail making is essential
Ability to supervise and train Food & Beverage teams
Knowledge of Micros point of sale system would be a definite advantage
Experience with managing inventory and stock control
Availability to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends
Experience in leading a WHS conscious culture
Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
