HCF is seeking a Workforce Planner to optimise contact centre resources, monitor real-time performance and deliver actionable insights.
Based in Parramatta with hybrid work, you will partner with leaders to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right times.
You will analyse trends, forecast variances and manage intraday staffing while driving continuous improvement across workforce planning processes.
This permanent full time role offers collaboration across multiple teams.
