Opal HealthCare is seeking a National Dietetics Manager to lead nutrition, hydration, menus and mealtime experiences across 148 Care Communities nationwide. The role shapes strategy, standards and practice, embedding resident choice and wellbeing at every decision.
You will influence enterprise-level food service strategy, program delivery, and governance, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence and collaborating with leaders across the organization.
