Sales Coordinator - Lifecycle Services (LCS)

We are seeking aSales Coordinatorto join our dynamic team within theLifecycle Services (LCS) department.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring seamless communication, and providing vital support to both our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Quotation & Order Creation:Efficiently create accurate quotations and orders in SAP ERP / Business One systems.
Email Inbox Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customer emails, responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
Customer Communication:Liaise directly with customers to clarify scope, discuss lead times, and address any other queries.
Collaboration with Material Management:Work closely with the material management department to coordinate shipping options, handle reclamations, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
E-Shop Support:Assist customers with their E-Shop accounts, provide guidance on account setup, and offer training on navigating our online platform.
Support Sales Managers: Assist in managingSpare Part OverhaulandRetrofit Projectsto ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
CRM Management:Maintain and tracksales enquiriesinSalesforce CRM, ensuring that all customer data and interactions are up to date and properly documented.
Team Collaboration:Participate in team project meetings and contribute to the success of ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, or similar role.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales coordinator, customer service, or similar role is required.
Food and Beverage Industry experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
Familiarity withSAP ERP / Business OneandSalesforce CRMor similar systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a clear sense of ownership in your responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
