Location:Regional Victoria (Non-commutable from Melbourne)
Classification:ANUM Year 2
Rate:$*****/hr (Increasing to $***** in mid-May)
The Role
We are seeking a robust clinical leader for our Aged Care wing.
This is a Full-TimeANUM Year 2position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.
Please Note the Roster:You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM's standard hours (Mon-Fri, *********).
This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
To be successful in this role, youmustmeet the following criteria:
Aged Care Leadership:Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within theAged Care sector.
Regional Relocation:This role is located in Regional Victoria.
It isnotcommutable from Melbourne.
You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

Compensation
Current:$***** per hour.
From Mid-May ****:$***** per hour.
Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.
About You
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
