We're looking for an experiencedRecruitment Managerto lead our recruitment operations across multiple states.
This is a purely recruitment-focused role, ideal for someone with proven expertise in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding staff, particularly inhospitality, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning.
GENERAL DUTIES
Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions across multiple states, with a focus on hospitality, housekeeping, and commercial cleaning roles.
Based in Sydney, with travel across other states as required to support recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Partner with site managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability.
Manage offer processes and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
Maintain and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide guidance and support to recruitment staff and HR teams across states.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Participate in career fairs, job expos, and recruitment events as needed.
QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Proven experience recruiting for hospitality, housekeeping,



or commercial cleaning industries
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Experience managing multi-location recruitment campaigns
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations
Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., Employment Hero)
Experience managing or mentoring recruitment staff is an advantage
