About the Role As Care Manager,



you'll provide leadership across all aspects of clinical care by:
Leading the day to day clinical operations of the home
Managing and supporting Registered Nurses and care staff
Overseeing care planning, assessments and clinical governance
Driving compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
Leading quality improvement and accreditation activities
Working closely with residents, families, allied health professionals and senior management
Supporting workforce development through coaching, mentoring and performance management
About You To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated leadership experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar role within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance
Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
