Based inYatala, QLD ****, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting client relationships.
This position is integral to our business strategy, as you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional service that positions Davmar Industries as a market leader in our industry.
What you'll be doing
Identify, prospect and develop new sales opportunities within the Construction, Civil and Building Industries
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients through regular contact and exceptional service delivery
Present product and service offerings to clients, highlighting benefits and value tailored to their specific needs
Prepare and deliver quotations to potential customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities and pipeline progression within our CRM system
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, delivery and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences
Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to generate leads and enhance market presence
What we're looking for
Someone looking to take the next step into a Sales Role
Williness to learn the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport




Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive spirit
Strong organisational skills and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
Relevant industry experience or product knowledge is highly desirable but not essential
