The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer to join their growing practice.

There isno billable hour targets, no hot deskingand no expectation that you'll regularly work beyond standard office hours.
Instead, you'll enjoy quality work, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients while working alongside experienced practitioners.
The Prospect
You'll advise on a broad range of matters, including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Commercial conveyancing
Commercial and retail leasing
Business sales and acquisitions
Property development matters
Commercial loan and security documentation
General commercial advisory work
The practice acts for a diverse client base, including businesses, investors and private clients, providing varied and interesting work across both property and commercial matters.

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have minimum4+ years' post-admission experiencein property and commercial law.
