We are currently seeking a talented hairstylist to Manage our Ellenbrook team.
As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hairdressing industry, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Ensure that the salon meets and exceeds all health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:




Certificate III In Hairdressing
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
Knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Attend managers meetings.
