As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking a motivatedProduction / Assembly Workerto join our team at our modern manufacturing facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role within our production team, ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop skills across a variety of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly of radiators, heat exchangers, manifolds, and related components
Mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
Working with sheet metal and fabricated parts
Fitting and fastening components to specification
Material handling and movement of components throughout the workshop
Following work instructions and quality standards




Conducting quality checks and inspections during assembly
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Assembly & Manufacturing Processes
Training will be provided in a range of production processes, including:
Core and tank assembly
Mechanical fitting and component installation
Product testing and leak-testing procedures
Assembly of custom cooling systems
Quality control and inspection processes
Safe operation of workshop equipment and tools
Material preparation and handling procedures
About You

Previous assembly or production experience
