We have anexciting new chance for a Senior Associate to join our growingStatutory Insurance NSW - Workers' Compensation practice workingwith a highly regarded team based in our Sydney or Newcastleoffice.
Thesuccessful candidate will have minimum of five years'post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specificallyWorkers' Compensation.
This is a genuine growth role for the rightcandidate, offering the opportunity for clear career progressionwithin a supportive and nurturing environment.
The StatutoryInsurance NSW - Workers' Compensation section is a defendantinsurance legal team which has over 60 people across the Newcastleand Sydney office.
This role will have the opportunity to workclosely with partners and other team members across Newcastle andSydney.
You willideally have the following skills and experience:
minimumfive years' of post-admission experience in the personal injuryspace, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendantside;
theability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportiveand collaborative team;
excellent technical,analytical and drafting skills with keen attention todetail;
a strongcommitment to client service and the ability to manage clientrelationships;
awillingness and ability to mentor and supervise junior membersof the team; and
theability to organise and prioritise effectively.
