In this role, you will help deliver reliable payroll services, respond to employee enquiries, and contribute to processes that support trust and confidence across the organisation.
As Payroll Officer, you will be part of the Enterprise Services Team, supporting payroll administration, maintaining employee records, and helping ensure our payroll operations are efficient, accurate and compliant.

About You
Attention to detail:You are comfortable working with numbers and data and take pride in getting things right.
Organisation and reliability:You can manage tasks, meet deadlines and help weekly payroll processes run smoothly.
Clear communication:You can provide helpful support to employees and managers on payroll-related questions.
Confidence with systems:You are comfortable using,



or keen to learn, payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools.

About the opportunity
In this role, you will:
Process weekly payroll activities, ensuring timesheets, payroll changes and records are completed accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll and leave records so information is current and reliable
Respond to payroll enquiries from employees across the organisation in a helpful and timely way
Support onboarding and offboarding activities from a payroll perspective
Assist with reconciliations, reporting and record keeping
Help maintain compliance with payroll legislation, superannuation and reporting requirements
The position is part-time, ***** hours per week.
The role offers flexibility to work from home and/or the office and could be located across the Mid North Coast NSW, Hunter Valley, Sydney and Wollongong regions.
