Due to continued growth, we're looking for aDispatch & Logistics Coordinatorto support our Luscombe manufacturing facility—playing a key role in getting our buildings out the door, on time, and to the highest standard.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll sit at the centre of operations, working closely with manufacturing, transport and stores to keep everything moving.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate daily dispatch and transport logistics across branches
Allocate loads and manage delivery schedules to meet timelines
Prepare and manage dispatch documentation (consignment notes, paperwork)
Monitor stock levels, receipting goods and flagging reordering needs
Support monthly stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
Provide daily updates on build status and delivery readiness
Work closely with manufacturing, stores and subcontractors to keep operations on track
What You'll Bring
Experience in dispatch, logistics or coordination within construction, manufacturing or similar
Strong understanding of transport and logistics processes
Forklift licence and White Card (essential)
Ability to work at pace, prioritise and solve problems on the go
High attention to detail across paperwork, stock and scheduling
Confident communication across teams, drivers and contractors
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
