We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Environmental Services Worker – Cleaner to join our casual team.
In this hands-on role, you will help create a clean, safe and welcoming home for our residents while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

About The Role Your primary focus will be maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the service.
Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning resident rooms, ensuites, communal areas and other facility spacesFollowing infection prevention, hygiene and workplace safety proceduresEnsuring cleaning equipment, supplies and work areas are safe, clean and well maintainedCompleting tasks efficiently while respecting the privacy, dignity and individual needs of residentsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to support high-quality service delivery As an Environmental Services Worker, you may also occasionally assist in other service areas, including: Supporting meal service and the setup and cleaning of dining areasSorting, washing, drying, folding and distributing resident clothing and linenAssisting the broader team to meet the day-to-day needs of the service About You You are practical, dependable and take pride in creating clean and welcoming environments.
You understand that working in aged care is about more than completing tasks—it is also about treating residents with kindness, patience and respect.
