Call Centre Customer Services – Phone Based role Start Immediately, initially temporary Client: Community Care NFPLocation: Joondalup, Perth WA (free parking, easy walk from train station)Type: Full-time Overview This is a phone-based Call centre Customer Services Officer role within a small team in a community care organisation.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, families, and staff, providing information and coordinating services across aged care, disability, nursing, allied health, and social support.
The role is customer-focused and values empathy, clear communication, and problem-solvin g Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and resolve calls with a strong "customer first" approachBuild rapport with customers and families,



including those who may be uncertain and require supportCoordinate support services to match customer needs and support worker skillsAccurately record information in the CRM and other syste ms About YouContact centre experience (inbound/outbound preferredAvailable Monday–Friday between 6am–8pm (38 hours a week)Robust communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsComfortable using MS Office and CRM systemsExperience in aged care or disability is helpful but not essent ial NOTE : RequirementsFull Australian work rights to work full time (no student visas )Recent Police Clearance (within 6 months)Able to apply NDIS Worker Screening CheckFlu Vaccination required (mandated for this sec tor)
