As Head of Student Wellbeing & Engagement, you will provide strategic leadership of student wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion across the Diocese, leading a dedicated team of wellbeing professionals and supporting schools to deliver safe, inclusive and high-quality learning environments where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive.
Working closely with the Director, School Improvement Services, School Improvement Leaders, Principals and Executive colleagues, you will strengthen leadership capability, lead system-wide wellbeing initiatives, provide expert guidance on complex student wellbeing and safeguarding matters, and contribute to the broader school improvement agenda across the Diocese.
We are seeking an accomplished educational leader who brings: significant leadership experience as a Principal and/or senior system leader.proven experience leading student wellbeing,



safeguarding and organisational improvement.exceptional leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing teams.outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
