The opportunity
We are building our project delivery team and inviting expressions of interest from project professionals at all levels, from junior project engineers through to senior project managers.
Our track record spans greenfield and brownfield projects, infrastructure delivery, environmental remediation programs and digital transformation initiatives across heavy industry.
As our client base grows, we want a pool of qualified people ready to move quickly.
Work will be based in Brisbane, or in regional Queensland and interstate as projects require.
What you need
Right to live and work in Australia is mandatory.
Applications without this will not be considered
Undergraduate engineering degree, followed by a postgraduate qualification in project management or a Master's in Project Management
Willingness to travel or work a roster where required, including regional Queensland and interstate sites
Pre-employment medical clearance, including drug and alcohol testing
Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing as required on client sites
Levels we are interested in
Junior Project Engineer/Manager (0 to 3 years): supporting delivery,



technical documentation, learning plant systems
Project Engineer / Project Manager (3 to 8 years): owning work packages, vendor coordination, commissioning support
Senior Project Manager (8 years plus): leading delivery, client management, mentoring the team
About you
Solid written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to clients and site teams
Confident managing stakeholders across engineering, operations and contractors
Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor or be mentored
Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera or similar)
Comfortable using AI tools to support reporting, documentation and analysis
Able to build and interpret basic computational models to support technical and cost decisions
