About the Role
Join our friendly team and support customers with everyday banking enquiries.
No sales involved - just helpful, human conversations.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with:
High call volumes
Repetitive tasks
Strict KPIs (AHT, QA, adherence)
A structured setting with strong compliance requirements
Has thick skin and can handle challenging conversations
Your day-to-day will include:




Assisting with account info, online banking, and card enquiries
Supporting customers with disputes or fraud issues
Updating records and capturing feedback
Please note: This is an on-site role.
Training period is exclusively on site.
Work from home may be possible subject to strict terms and conditions.
What We're Looking For
Clear, confident communicators
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest)
Year 10 completion
Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check
