LS Kitchen Pty Ltd, trading as Mooink Premium BBQ, is a well-established Korean BBQ restaurant located in 178 turton street Sunnybank, Queensland ****.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our professional kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Korean cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, and is committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, season and cook a variety of Korean dishes to a consistently high standard.
Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff where required.




Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
Work effectively during busy lunch and dinner service periods.
Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification),orat least three years of relevant commercial cookery experience.
Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
Experience with Korean cuisine is highly desirable.
Robust organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
