Accountant/Bookkeeper (Part time – 3 Days per Week)
Working closely with management you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance function across a number of entities, including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Payroll processing
BAS preparation and lodgement
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting and general accounting tasks
Supporting process improvements and finance administration as required
About You
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and are always willing to learn and develop your skills.
Ideally, you will have:




Experience in bookkeeping or accounting across multiple entities
Exposure to a variety of industries, preferably includingconstruction and/or retail
Strong working knowledge ofXero
Excellent computer and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
