Warehouse Manager - Pharmaceutical & Clinical Supply

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead Ultrial's warehouse operations, labelling and packaging operations, inventory management, facility management and compliance with approved GMP/GDP procedures.
This is a pivotal, primarily on-site leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical trial materials (CTM), ensuring every item—from ambient to cold chain is stored, expertly packaged, tracked, and handled with clinical precision.

Key Responsibilities
Regulated Warehouse Operations:Lead day-to-day receiving, storage, picking, packing,



dispatch and inventory activities for clinical trial materials and pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures.
Inventory Integrity:Design and manage rigorous inventory control systems, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and real-time tracking of CTM.
Packaging & Labelling Oversight: Manage the secondary packaging and clinical labelling operations, ensuring all materials are blinded, kitted, and packed according to strict project‐specific protocols.
Facility & Cold Chain Management:Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the pre‐conditioning and configuration of passive cold chain shippers to maintain thermal integrity during transit.
