We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Advisor topartner with our operational leaders across Australia to drive a proactivesafety culture, strengthen governance, and continuously improve our Health,Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide expert HSEQadvice, coaching and support across multiple business units while helping drivecontinuous improvement in our integrated management system.

About the Role
As the Senior HSEQ Advisor, you will work alongside operationalleaders to ensure our people return home safely every day while maintainingcompliance with legislative requirements, client expectations and ISOmanagement system standards.
You will play a key role in developing capability across thebusiness through coaching, investigations, audits, training and practical riskmanagement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
Champion and promote apositive, line-led safety culture across the business
Partner with operationalleaders to improve HSEQ performance
Coach and mentor supervisorsand managers in fulfilling their HSEQ responsibilities

Support continuous improvementinitiatives that simplify systems while improving outcomes.
Safety, Risk & Compliance
Conduct workplace inspections,audits and risk assessments across operations
Lead incident investigationsusing ICAM methodology and develop practical corrective actionsMonitor legislative changes andensure ongoing compliance with WHS legislation
Maintain and improveEvolution?
s Business Integrated System (BIS)
Assist with maintaining ISO*****, ISO **** and ISO ***** certification




Develop Safe Work MethodStatements (SWMS), procedures and safety documentation
Participate in client auditsand compliance reviews.
Training & OperationalSupport
Deliver engaging HSEQ training,inductions and toolbox talks
Support operational teams withhazard identification and risk management
Develop practical safetycommunications and awareness initiatives
Provide coaching followingincidents and investigations
Support managers withreturn-to-work and injury management processes where required.
Reporting &Continuous; Improvement
Prepare monthly HSEQ reportsand performance dashboards
Analyse incident trends andrecommend improvement initiatives.
Monitor corrective actions andopportunities for improvement
Coordinate HSEQ committeemeetings and maintain governance documentation
Ensure timely notification andreporting of significant incidents.
About You
Youare a confident and practical HSEQ professional who enjoys buildingrelationships with operational teams and influencing positive change.
You?
llbring:
Minimum Certificate IV in WorkHealth & Safety (Diploma desirable)
At least five years?
HSEQexperience within construction, civil, infrastructure or another high-riskindustry
Strong understanding of WHSlegislation and ISO *****, ISO **** and ISO *****
ICAM Investigation and LeadAuditor qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Experience conducting audits,investigations and risk assessments
Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
Confidence delivering trainingand coaching leaders.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving capability
High attention to detail andexcellent organisational skills
Current driver?
s licence andwillingness to travel nationally as required.
