About the RoleReporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with operational leaders and clinic teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same.
You'll proactively source and engage veterinary talent, build lasting relationships across the profession, visiting our clinics,



attend industry events and conferences, university partners, and provide expert guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.You'll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience while helping our clinics attract and retain exceptional veterinary professionals.
What You'll Be DoingPartner with the General Manager Operations QLD, Regional Managers, Practice Managers and clinic leaders as a trusted recruitment advisorManage end-to-end recruitment for experienced veterinarians across QueenslandBuild talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and LinkedIn RecruiterEngage passive candidates and develop long-term relationships within the veterinary professionDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to onboardingAttend veterinary conferences, networking events and careers initiativesSupport veterinarian attraction, engagement and retention strategiesContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment systems and processes About YouWe're open to applicants from a range of backgrounds.You might be:An experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment skilled looking to specialise in the veterinary industryA Veterinarian interested in transitioning into a people-focused career while remaining connected to the professionSomeone who thrives on building relationships and influencing positive outcomesYou'll also bring:Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or relationship management,
