You'll work across a diverse portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to connect more people with services that have a genuine community impact.
About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the chance to make an immediate impact while contributing to the growth of services that positively change lives across NSW.
As Marketing Specialist, you'll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
You'll bring ideas to life across digital, email, content and community channels while using insights and data to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
Create engaging content for email, web, social media and promotional materials.
Coordinate campaign schedules, assets and stakeholder approvals.




Support lead generation and customer nurture activities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Assist with events, activations and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain CRM and reporting activities to support marketing effectiveness.
About You
You are a proactive marketer who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and execution.
You'll bring:
2–4 years' experience in a marketing, communications or campaign-focused role.
Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
Experience delivering digital and email marketing campaigns.
Confidence using marketing, CRM and reporting platforms.
The ability to analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
A genuine passion for purpose-driven work and community impact.
