Mechanical Aptitude:Proven ability to competently operate complex machinery such as kilns, presses, or material processing equipment.
Attention to Detail:Exceptional focus on quality, traceability, and adherence to technical batch card instructions.
Physical Fitness:Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks including lifting up to 20kg.
