What You'll Be Doing
Design and deliver impactful learning programs across sales, branch and customer support teams
Lead product and category training to support current product launches and commercial priorities
Build and manage a structured capability development framework and training calendar
Embed onboarding programs that accelerate new starter success
Leverage data, reporting and insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver best‐in‐class training experiences
Drive engaging delivery across face‐to‐face, digital and train‐the‐trainer formats
Up to$1,000 net annuallyto cover private health extras gap costs

What We're Looking for
Previous experience in learning & development, training, or customer-facing roles
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in B2B, trade, retail or customer service environments (preferred)
Expertise and passion for progressive learning and development theory
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link capability to business outcomes
Confident facilitator with engaging presentation and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
