What You'll Do
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be thedriving force behind membership growthfor our new club.
You will:
Drive the club's pre-sales campaign, generating excitement before the club opens
Generate and convert leads throughcommunity outreach, local partnerships, social media, and referrals
Deliversales presentations and personalised toursto prospective members
Build strong relationships and creategreat member experiences
Achievesales targets and contribute to team KPIs
Track leads, appointments, and conversions using our CRM
Work closely with your team to helplaunch and grow the club successfully
Who You Are
Sales-focusedwith a natural ability to connect and build rapport
Motivated by results and driven tohit (and smash) targets
Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
Passionate about fitness and proud to represent theCartel brand
Sales experience is a bonus — butenergy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
