The role
By joining us in the Hobart Branch you will be providing a range of support to a small team in their daily duties working in the community housing sector, you will be communicating with clients, field technicians and the compliancy of subcontractors to arrange and manage works as required across a range of mediums.
Full Time / Part Time (Available for the right candidate)
Responsibilities include:
Provide high level customer service to clients
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
Respond to field technicians, subcontractors and client enquires via phone and email
Schedule subcontractor maintenance, verify reports and invoice works
Prepare, monitor and enter invoices
Collate works information to ensure contract compliance
Timely and accurate data entry
Write and issue emails to teams and departments on behalf of team members or senior staff
Liaise with fellow staff and resources within the business to handle requests and ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Working with Specific Client Contractual obligations
Successful applicant will have the following attributes:

Attention to detail, problem solving and sound judgment
Competent person with excellent people skills and a clean and tidy presentation
Ability to work unsupervised
Self-motivated and organised
Detail orientated
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Ability to learn and use app-based programs
Experience in an administrative role with either invoicing, quoting or order processing experience or
previous experience in compliancy auditing
