The role - available on a casual basis (around 25 to 30 hours over 4 days) - at the Redbrick Hotel, boasts a distinctive charm and features a seafood restaurant providing full table service in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Additionally, we offer a cosy bar and gaming room.
Skills and Experience includes
a minimum of a year in a supervisory / management role in the industry
proficiency in both food and beverage services
a solid understanding of wagering and gaming




can reliably ensure the smooth running of the hotel's operations during shifts
proficiency in completing cash reconciliations on an accurate and timely basis
proactively supervises team members by providing clear and consistent guidance, ensuring adherence to standards, and promoting a harmonious team atmosphere
flexible availability on days, nights, weekends and public holiday, when the business requires
possess current RMLV, RSA & RSG and willing to obtain their Approved Manager's Licence
