Clerk Grade 3⁄4, salary range of $87,199 - $95,482 pa plus super and leave loading

What you'll do
The Administration Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the unit.
You will be working both individually and as part of a team actioning a variety of administrative tasks which may include - financial, accounts, record management, meetings and training whilst maintaining accuracy and strict confidentiality.
You are expected to provide high level administrative support to team, general manager and both internal and external clients as you will often act as the first point of contact to address queries.
We require the following skill sets and capabilities
Ability to work as a team player and individually when required
Excellent customer service skills
Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to assist where and when needed to support the wider team
Sensitivity around potentially confidential information
Proficient in the use of computers and data entry
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
