About Us
Northern Beaches Immunology & Allergy is a busy boutique specialist medical practice providing high- quality immunology and allergy services. We are seeking a mature, organised and proactive individual to join our professional reception team in a casual/permanent part-time role.
This position is
2-3 days per week
with occasional additional days to cover staff absences. Our practice is located in Belrose, overlooking beautiful national park surroundings, just minutes from Northern Beaches Hospital and Belrose Super Centre.

About the Role




We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and warmly with patients and colleagues, and can manage competing priorities with confidence. Strong computer skills are essential.
You Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and managing front-desk enquiries
Scanning, filing and managing medical records
Invoicing and receiptingDaily banking reports
General administrative tasks and clinic maintenance
What We're Looking For
Exceptional communication and computer skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new software
A mature, positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Robust time-management and ability to prioritise tasks
Reliable, professional and warm presentation
High attention to detail and strong accuracy
Ability to multitask and show initiative
Flexibility to cover additional days when other receptionists are unavailable
Training & Start Date
Full training will be provided.
