About the role
This is a dual role - and that's exactly what makes it special.
You'll be the face of our Mawson Lakes branch: the first-person customers see, speak to, and walk away impressed by. Whether you're helping a trade customer find the right product, processing an order, or keeping our warehouse running smoothly behind the scenes, you bring the same energy - warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming and assisting customers at the branch - making every interaction count
Serving as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, product questions, and order support
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements
Planning and booking deliveries




Maintaining accurate stock levels and a well-organised warehouse
Liaising with third-party logistics providers and internal teams
Supporting general warehouse operations including stocktakes and housekeeping
What you'll bring

Transparent, confident communication skills - verbal and written
Warehouse or trade counter experience (a plus, but not essential if you bring the right attitude)
Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
The ability to juggle customer-facing and warehouse tasks without losing your focus or energy
