Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to grow key accounts?
Due to continued growth and the securing of major long-term contracts across commercial property, infrastructure, government and healthcare sectors, Infinity Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding Sydney team.
This is an opportunity to manage a portfolio of established clients while working alongside one of Australia's most experienced fire protection teams.

The Prospect
Reporting to senior management, you will become the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key commercial clients.
Your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring contractual compliance, identifying opportunities to improve client assets and helping grow long-term partnerships.
You'll work closely with our Operations, Service, Projects and Administration teams to ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial, residential, and government clients
Build trusted, long-term client relationships
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
Review contract performance and KPI reporting
Identify repair, upgrade and replacement opportunities
Prepare quotations and proposals
Coordinate works with operational teams
Ensure contractual obligations and compliance requirements are achieved
Assist with budgeting and lifecycle planning for clients
Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
Monitor financial performance including revenue, margins and invoicing
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Experience in Account Management, Facilities Management or Service Delivery
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Experience preparing quotations and managing client portfolios
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence in presenting to clients
High attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Current Australian Driver Licence
Highly Regarded
Experience within Fire Protection, Electrical or Building Services
Experience managing maintenance contracts
Knowledge of Essential Fire Safety Measures or compliance industries
