As the face of the Sydney office, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional experience for clients and employees while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Working alongside an experienced Executive Assistant and administration team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities across office operations, events and executive support, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in corporate business support.

The Role
Welcome clients and visitors, delivering a premium front-of-house experience
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and video conferences
Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant team




Assist with office operations, suppliers and facilities coordination
Coordinate internal meetings, events and team functions
Arrange travel, process expenses and prepare documentation
Support projects and provide general administrative assistance across the business
About You
You'll enjoy working with people, be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
Ideally, you'll bring:
1-3 years' experience in reception, office coordination, administration or team support
A professional, polished and confident communication style
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in corporate business support
This is a permanent, full-time position based five days a week in the Sydney CBD. Due to the nature of the role, only candidates with unrestricted permanent working rights in Australia can be considered.
