Their expertise includes heavy diesel repairs, fleet maintenance, diagnostics, hydraulic repairs, compliance inspections, and 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance for trucks, prime movers, and specialised machinery.
What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their team in Bells Creek. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm.
Inbound phone & online sales processing
Administration and data base stock management
Managing stock, picking and assigning orders as required
Providing parts advice for service and repairs
Customer interaction - providing top-notch quality customer service
Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions,



advising pricing and warranty expectations
Managing parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes
Building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business
