Diggers The Entrance is a progressive licensed club located on the Central Coast of NSW overlooking Tuggerah Lakes. The award winning club offers first class facilities such as: a connecting 52 room Ibis Styles Hotel; dining and conference facilities; 24hr Fitness Centre;Outside In Kitchen-Café; exciting new 'Roll n Pickle' outdoor recreation precinct featuring dedicated pickleball courts, synthetic bowling rinks, a vibrant outdoor terrace; and live entertainment that has earned its reputation as one of the Central Coast's most prestigious venues.
We are seeking a reliable and detailed-focused Accounts Assistant to join our administration team in a supportive club environment where accuracy, consistency and teamwork are highly valued. The role plays an key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the club.
PART TIME - Tuesday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Prepare daily trading summaries
Prepare daily banking
Data entry into accounting programme




Process accounts payable invoices and weekly payment in line with established procedures
Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and support routine reporting
About You:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Sound numerical and reconciliation skills
Comfortable working within structured processes and routines
Understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Reliable, organised, and supportive team member
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Previous payroll experience an advantage
RSA and RCG Certificates:Possession or the ability to obtain RSA and RCG Certificates (easily attainable online within a day).
