Overall park operations and guest experience
Leadership of the onsite team
Safety, compliance and risk
Financial performance and reporting
Relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Asset presentation and maintenance
Continuous improvement and project work
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in park, hospitality or accommodation operations
Leadership experience managing frontline teams
Strong focus on safety, standards and guest satisfaction
Confidence working with budgets, reporting and commercial outcomes




Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
