About Us
Carpet Court The Entrance is a locally owned and operated flooring and window furnishings business servicing the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, quality products and professional installations.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused person to join our team.
About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Store Manager and business owner, assisting customers from their initial enquiry through to completion of their flooring or window furnishing project.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in our showroom
Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Processing sales and customer orders
Booking measures and installations
Liaising with suppliers, installers and customers
Assisting with insurance flooring claims




General administration and office duties
Maintaining the showroom and displays
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
The successful applicant will have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
A willingness to learn
A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in flooring, building products, retail sales or window furnishings is preferred but not essential. Full product training will be provided to the right applicant.
