About Lifestyle Raceview Health Club
We're a proudly
independent, family-owned gym
located in Ipswich, dedicated to providing a welcoming, community-focused fitness environment for both members and staff.
Under new ownership and in an exciting phase of growth, we offer premium facilities, high-performance training equipment, over 20 group fitness classes each week, over 33 reformer pilates class per week and a supportive team culture that encourages both personal and professional development.
Your Role Will Include:
Creating a warm and professional first impression by welcoming members and guests
Driving membership growth through engaging tours, follow-ups, and converting leads into sign-ups
Building strong member relationships to enhance retention and deliver outstanding experiences
Managing front desk responsibilities including phone/email inquiries and member account administration
Supporting marketing campaigns, in-club promotions,



and social media engagement
Assisting with daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and overall club presentation
We're Looking For:

Someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads and converting enquiries into memberships.
A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a quick-paced environment.
A team player with professionalism, positivity and a strong work ethic.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A passion for health and fitness industry experience in a sales position.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
