About the Aquatic Centre:
The College Aquatic Centre is a state of the art, 10 lane Olympic size pool with a purpose built indoor learn to swim pool. The Aquatic Centre situated on the Sunshine Coast, 20km south of Noosa. The centre offers fun, engaging swimming lessons, squad programs, water polo and fitness classes to the school's students and the wider community.
About the role:
Are you a dedicated Learn to Swim Teacher, looking for a role where you can contribute to a positive work environment. If you're passionate about swimming and enjoy working with children, we'd love to hear from you!
We are currently hiring Learn to Swim Teachers for multiple casual and permanent part-time positions for teachers of any level. With both after school and during school hour shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact while working in a flexible, supportive environment. If you're excited about teaching children to swim, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
Conduct swimming lessons to meet align with swim school delivery expectations and procedures
Delivery lessons in a fun environment to all ages and abilities
Pool set up and pack up as directed by the Learn to Swim Coordinator in accordance with the Learn to Swim Manual.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working with young children and a genuine desire to make a difference
Ability to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Proactive and energetic with a positive approach to work




To be discreet and able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
Demonstrable problem solving and organisational skills
Blue Card/Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Austswim or Swim Australia Teachers certification (or willingness to obtain)
CPR Certificate
