The Opportunity




Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Gold Coast, you will be responsible for performing hands‐on maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC equipment. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on HVAC&R; equipment
Diagnosis and repairs to commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
Provide great customer service to our clients through quality work and recommendations
Maintain detailed job notes and provide progress updates to the team
Collaborate with the broader team, from service admin to fellow technicians and apprentices
About You
You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering strong customer service and quality workmanship in a HVAC service environment, and:
Be a positive communicator with both clients and the internal team
Be autonomous, organised and driven to complete work well (be it on the tools or with job notes)
You'll need:
Trade qualification in Refrigeration (dual trade with Electrical is a bonus, but not required)
ARCtick, Restricted Electrical (or higher), CPR & LVR, Construction White Card, QBCC (Mechanical Services), Driver's Licences
