Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential portfolio with confidence and professionalism
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
Work closely with the dedicated support teams to ensure seamless portfolio management
Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation and industry best practice
